Costa Teguise is the third largest resort on Lanzarote and is located about a fifteen minute drive from the airport at Arrecife. It's wide spacious boulevards give the resort an open feel and hint at the fact that this destination was entirely man made as a purpose built resort.

There are five main beaches to explore, the most popular of which are Playa Cucharas and Playa Bastian. Along with smaller, locals favourites such as Playa Ancla, located close to the Royal Palace at Las Maretas, which was built for King Hussein of Jordan back in the 1980s, when tourism was first taking off here.

Costa Teguise boasts a number of unique attractions. It is home to the island's only Aqua Park and aquarium, as well as one of only two golf courses on Lanzarote. It's also just a ten minute drive from the Cesar Manrique Foundation, one of the most popular attractions on the island and a further five minutes from the historic former island capital of Teguise. The current capital of Arrecife is also just ten minutes down the road.

The resort is a real hub for windsurfing, especially in and around Playa Las Cucharas.
